Fund raising through third-party allotment of new shares

We have raised approx. JPY105M from Real Tech Holdings.

Raised funds will be used for capital investment, acquiring new experts, and R & D. We will be expanding our laboratory, and work for scaling up & adopting to regulations of MSCs and iPSCs.
